Cindy earned her Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Brigham Young University, and her MBA at Western International University. Cindy retired from Salt River Project, where she worked as a project manager in 2010. She interrupted her retirement to help Dr. Phillips open his first dental practice in 2021. While Cindy intended to only work here at 3rd Set Smiles for a little while, she has grown very attached to our patients and our work. She is dedicated to making our practice a happy place to visit – somewhere that patients can look forward to seeing “old friends.” Integrity and excellence guide all Cindy’s decisions, and she works with our dentist and team to always put our patients best interest first. Cindy loves helping people feel better about the way they look and feel, and enjoys working with a great team of people dedicated to helping others with their dental needs. As our office manager, Cindy works hard to make everyone feel welcomed and cared for, and does everything from setting appointments to taking vitals and billing.

Miah Bordeau is a dedicated dental assistant with a commitment to making every dental visit a positive experience. Since beginning her career in 2021, Miah has focused on creating a comfortable and welcoming environment for all patients. Inspired by her own experiences, she strives to ensure that every patient leaves happier and more at ease. Miah’s greatest joy is her family, which includes her beloved daughter and another daughter on the way. Her passion and empathy shine through in her work, and she looks forward to providing exceptional care for each and every patient at 3rd Set Smiles.
